KMC is a well-established Danish company that has been producing starch for more than 70 years.
We supply Danish potato ingredients such as native and modified starches, potato granules and
flakes as well as also providing tapioca ingredients.
KMC is built around the customer and customers' needs. From the growing of the potatoes,
through the technical expertise of the perfectly suitable starch through to the actual delivery,
our customers remain the primary focus.
At KMC, we don’t spend much time telling people how we work. The important thing is whether -
and how – our way of working works for you and your company. But the way we work is basically
the same as the way we think.
This comes from our unique background, working hand in hand with growers and getting practical
problems solved. It’s the only way to improve the raw materials we need to make the special
ingredients we sell to our customers.
Because those who grow the raw materials are so closely involved with us, we all know there are no
short cuts or quick answers.
We know from experience that since we will have to deal with the consequences ourselves in the
long run,we might as well try to get it right first time.
